  • Tradedoubler Team announces strategic rebranding of its Partner Marketing business!

    Today, we celebrate a milestone in our history: A strategic rebranding of our Partner Marketing business which has resulted in a new brand platform framework. During the past months, we have invested in several strategic initiatives with the aim of redefining our strategic focus, and we are proud to present the results today: a dedicated Partner Marketing brand platform with a new corporate identity and visual design. There couldn't be a better time to announce this fantastic news, as we are also celebrating our 25th anniversary as a company this weekend. Our thriving legacy and our future-oriented Partner Marketing approach are perfectly summed up in our new brand core: Boosting partnerships since 1999.   “Affiliate, now Partner Marketing, has been our core business for 25 years. It is and always has been one of the most relevant marketing channels for Brands and Publishers alike. The birth of a collaboration One year after their founding, NA-KD joined Tradedoubler Nordics by launching affiliate programs in SE, NO, DK & FI. This gave them access to thousands of partner sites across the entire Nordics market. Their key targets for their marketing with Tradedoubler are: ”We want to target new customers that we otherwise may not have reached. At NA-KD we have an interesting marketing mix, and affiliate marketing is a big part of it. We want to reach as many customers as possible and give opportunities for customers to find attractive offers and vouchers via our partner sites through Tradedoubler.” How it’s been going The performance marketing collaboration between NA-KD and Tradedoubler Nordics has been a successful one since the launch of the popular fashion brand in 2016. Close to 1M orders have been delivered through Tradedoubler’s performance & partner network. As for their 2023 results, there have been substantial YoY growth in revenue across all four Nordics programs, with an average increase of +30%. We also asked Rebecca to share if they’ve had some successful campaigns through the years, to which she responds: ”A ton! We are constantly looking at how we can optimize our campaigns with partners whilst striving to improve our ways of working with Tradedoubler to reach even better results.” We are happy to have you!   • TD Nordics is Great Place to Work certified!

    Tradedoubler Nordics has been certified as a Great Place to Work! In the month of April, all of us at TD Nordics took part in a survey from the Great Place to Work® Institute, the global authority on workplace culture, employee experience and leadership behaviors. The well-known survey is brought forth to measure several important components of work place culture and overall satisfaction amongst employees in a workplace.  In order to become certified as a Great Place to Work®, a company needs to have a participation rate of at least 90% and a share of positive answers (called a trust index) of at least 70%. We are happy and proud to announce that all Tradedoubler offices have been certified as Great Places to Work. Overall, we had a 95% response rate and a trust index score of 86%, making Tradedoubler a Great Place to Work certified company! Isn’t that amazing? The Great Place to Work Certification A Great Place to Work® certification is a reflection of companies who are generating market-leading results, employee retention, and increased innovation. It’s the only official recognition determined by employees’ real-time report of their company culture. The survey is composed of 61 statements in 5 dimensions. We had the possibility to rate them positively (true or mostly true), neutral or negatively (not true or mostly not true). The 5 dimensions focus on the leadership in the company (Credibility, Respect, Fairness), on the job (Pride) and on team spirit (Camaraderie). Let’s look at some of the results The results provide an insight into how we anonymously think and feel about our workplace. Out of the five dimensions, credibility and camaraderie received the most favorable results. Below are a selection of statements which make us very proud (trust index): Credibility Management is competent at running the business (93%) Management is honest and ethical in their business practices (92%) Management trusts people to do a good job without watching over their shoulders (92%) Camaraderie People care about each other here (95%) When you join the company, you are made to feel welcome (94%) I can be myself around here (91%) Furthermore, freedom, trust, work environment, hospitality, team pride, community & honesty were specific areas that received high scores. To top it all off, our Trust index score was +8% higher than the average score of companies from similar business sectors (sales, marketing, B2B). That is something that we are very proud of!
